Acceptable use

Rowmark is for your personal use. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute the app, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows you to.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable and to fix reported bugs, but we do not promise it will be error-free or available without interruption, to the extent permitted by law. Keep a backup of projects that matter to you (Settings → Backup).

Liability

Our liability to you is as set out in Apple's Standard EULA. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to digital content that is faulty or not as described; nothing in these terms affects those rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your state or country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. The current version is always the one published at this address, and material changes will be flagged inside the app.
